Buying
How do I buy?
Sign in with your email at the bottom left of OrchidNote (new accounts start a 30-day trial automatically), click “Upgrade to Pro…” and choose monthly or yearly. Pro turns on within seconds of payment — no license key needed.
How do I cancel auto-renewal?
Click “Manage subscription…” in the user menu to cancel, change your payment method or download receipts. You keep Pro until the end of the period, then return to Free; your data stays on your computer.
What if I switch computers?
Pro is tied to your account. Sign in with the same email on the new computer.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy.
